Exploring our city and finding new, beautiful places will always be my favorite way to spend a day. Since my kids go to school year-round, we have lots of free time during weekdays over our track out and it’s the perfect time to roam around Raleigh. Anna’s class went on a field trip to the Mordecai House last fall and she’s been dying to go back ever since. We just visited the gardens while we were there and they did not disappoint. The flowers were in full bloom and everything was just a rainbow of colors! I’ll definitely be having a few family photography sessions here this fall! The perfect little spot tucked in downtown in the city of Raleigh!
