When I had planned to document Anna’s birthday for my “one roll, one day” project this month, never could I have imagined how much our world would be turned upside down while we all coped with how to find a “new normal”. Anna’s birthday always falls over our school’s track out (my kids go to school year round, so they get three weeks off every nine weeks), and originally we had planned to be at the beach on vacation. Obviously our plans had to change, so instead we tried to make her day as special as possible while staying at home. We love family time and being at home and this sweet day was no different.
