Flowers for Mama | Raleigh Family Film Photographer
Every spring I like to to offer Mama + Me sessions. The air is fresh and warming up. The flowers are beginning to bloom. The birds are singing and everyones long anticipation for winter to be over has subsided. Spring truly is a magical time to do a family session. It also happens to be one of my absolute favorite times to grab my film camera in Raleigh, North Carolina and photograph families!
This particular session was from a Mama + Me shoot with my sweet client, Danielle. We went to Mordecai Historic Park in Raleigh, North Carolina (P.S. If you haven’t been to this park, you have to check it out!!) . She has the sweetest little babes who had a blast running around the gardens chasing butterflies and finding favorite rocks on the ground. The park was filled with flowers in all colors and spring was definitely in the air!
Danielle also had a little one on the way (who I was fortunate enough to photograph for his newborn session - stay tuned for those images), so it was the perfect time to photograph this special time in all their lives. It was such a special morning together and I can’t wait to photograph more Mama + Me sessions this upcoming Spring (in a super new and exciting place!!)!
Interested in scheduling a mama + me session in 2019? Most family and newborn sessions are done in your home + fave places...we usually always venture outside around your home to play (weather permitting). Some folks like to do just their house and yard, some folks like to do just one room of their house and their favorite park up the road. We're not meeting in some random park or place you've never been before. These are the places that matter most to you. This stage/house/moment you're at right now will be totally different and changed and just "where in the world did time go?" a year from now. Take the time to capture your here and now. I promise you will NEVER regret preserving those in-between moments. Call or email me for session details (or just click this link right here).
