Light + Shadows | A Personal Project

Summer shadows.

Whenever I want to shoot, but we we’re not doing anything out of the ordinary, I make up a little project for myself and make myself stick to the constraints. This shadow project is one of the little “one roll” shooting projects I did this summer!

And funny story - I really wanted to shoot an entire roll of just shadows and I absolutely HATED it while I was shooting the roll and thought it was just so dumb. BUT I loved them once I saw them all together. So the lesson is: pick a project and JUST DO IT. It will always be worth it.

My go to camera + film: Canon Rebel 2000 + ColorPlus 200!

Adventuring | Raleigh Family Photographer

As a Raleigh Family Photographer, I love meeting new people and exploring new places. But adventuring with these two will always be my very favorite. Any free time we have, we are exploring our local parks and looking for the hidden gems of Raleigh! Our favorite spots are always off the beaten path, where we have the whole place to ourselves! This little spot at the lake is one of our favorites.
